Return and Exchange Conditions
Getting your order to you in the most efficient way is important to us. We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days of purchase. Please note that all items are dispatched in unbranded packaging for security purposes.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. Henry Couture Paris cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance or any additional charges that are incurred.
Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
The time frame for return and exchange must not exceed 7 days from when the original order was received.
All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way
When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has a tracking on it. Returns or exchange with no tracking will not be processed.
For returns, any promotional gift received must be included with the returned items. otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods.
We strongly advise to try on leather shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked, uncreased and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes with clearly damaged soles and that are not in a re-saleable condition will not be accepted at our warehouse and will be returned to you.
We will not refund / exchange items that have been altered in-store or elsewhere.
Purchases through the Website
All purchases made through the Website are subject to our acceptance. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any transaction, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. The Website does not permit orders from dealers, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell items offered on the Website. Henry Couture Paris expressly conditions its acceptance of your order on your agreement to these Terms, and to all additional terms and conditions that are provided to you on the Website that govern your purchase of certain Products. By ordering Products through the Website, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information. Henry Couture Paris reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on Products offered on and outside of the site without incurring any obligation to you. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice, and Henry Couture Paris reserves the right to revoke any offer to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
Henry Couture Paris wants you to be satisfied with your purchases from this Website. If you wish to return a product, please review our Online Return Policy and Store Returns Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Henry Couture Paris Gift Card. Henry Couture does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
All items with prices ending in $ 70, 90, are considered Final Sale and cannot be credit.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
- This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
- Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.
- We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
- We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Exchanges for Online Purchases
Presently, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made online to be exchanged in-store as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired.
Store Returns Policy
Our Store Return Policy states that refunds and store-bought returns are not accepted. Additionally, exchanges are only allowed for in-store purchases. If your purchase was made online, you may return your items to receive in-store credit in accordance with our Store Returns Policy.
